Agro
Only question would be that if you activate the effect of an Illusory monster, will you be able to activate Illusion Veil once the new monster is summoned or will there not be another chance? Link to comment
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
It, uh... Looks like you could just infinitely swap between two monsters to defeat your opponent first turn. Link to comment
SunKistRebelution
I noticed the same thing as slayer_supreme. In order to fix this infinite loop of direct damage, there should be some sort of limiting effect to the SSing ability such as: "Once this Monster has been returned to the hand by its own effect, it cannot be Special Summoned from your hand by the effect of an 'Illusory' Monster until your next Standby Phase." Bringerofcake
It, uh... Looks like you could just infinitely swap between two monsters to defeat your opponent first turn.
Basically, the way it SHOULD be written (but I can't figure out the card grammar to communicate that) is that the second monster effectively "continues" the first's attack. It doesn't start a new attack of its own, so it shouldn't loop.
Only question would be that if you activate the effect of an Illusory monster, will you be able to activate Illusion Veil once the new monster is summoned or will there not be another chance?
Illusion Veil can only be activated during the opponent's turn. Swapping only happens during yours. But rulings-wise, I believe you can only activate card effects during the damage step in a single chain (hence why nobody chains honest to honest), and since Illusorys return to the hand as a cost, then there wouldn't be a chance.
