Truant causes the user to only move every other turn. Moves which require a turn to charge, such as SolarBeam, will not work because the turn in which the move is executed is the same turn in which the Pokémon will be truant. If a Pokémon with Truant uses a move such as Hyper Beam, which recharges after use, then Truant will take effect during the turn that would normally be used recharging; however, the Pokémon still cannot switch out. The moves Worry Seed, Entrainment, and Simple Beam will not work on Pokémon with this Ability. Truant is reset by sleep and a Pokémon with Truant will always be able to attack on the turn they wake up.

Hustle increases the user's Attack stat by 50%, but lowers the Accuracy of the user's physical moves by 20%. Special and Status moves are unaffected by Hustle.

Klutz prevents use of held items on the Pokémon with the Ability. It disables the battle effect of the held item, rather than preventing an item from being held. Items which affect experience or effort values, such as the Lucky Egg or the Power Weight, can still be used. The speed drop from the Iron Ball is not negated by Klutz, while the Luck Incense and Amulet Coin's money-boosting effects still occur. In generation 5, Klutz now prevents the user from using Fling.

Slow Start causes the Attack stat and Speed stat to be halved during the first five turns in battle. If this Pokémon is switched out, its stats will once again be halved for the first five turns when it is sent out again.
If Skill Swap, Gastro Acid or Worry Seed is used on this Pokémon, its stats will immediately return to full power. However, the user of Skill Swap will have its Attack and Speed stats halved.
In the Japanese version of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, removing Slow Start does not undo the Attack and Speed drop; it must still wait five turns. This was changed in translated versions as well as in Platinum.

Normalize makes all moves used by the Pokémon with this Ability act Normal-type instead of its ordinary typing.
It would have to be Klutz, no offence to the other Abilities, they are god awful (except Hustle & Normalize, they're alright). See, Klutz affects more pokemon thereby making it the bad one. Cause, really, no matter how bad an Ability it is, it's badness can only truly be measured by how many Pokemon are affected by it.

Im gonna have to go with Klutz. It's just not cool, and isan't even a balancing factor.

Slaking gets Traunt because he has monsterous base-stats and it fits with the fluff of the pokemon (Durant gets it because he can Entrainment it to another pokemon)

Slow Start balances Regigas monsterous stats as well, pretty self-explainatory.

Hustle is a risky abilty, but not a bad one. In little cup, it makes Darumaka and Deino terrifyingly heavy hitters, it does pretty much what it's abilty says it does. Trades consistency for raw power. Use it or not, its up to you.

Defeatist is just terrible, Archeops isan't ridiclously powerful so it isant entirely nessacary, it's basically a stronger but slower Aerodactyl. It barely manages to survive a hit...and then becomes complete crap. Yay.

Normalize is intresting, whilst it makes your attacks never going to get super-effective coverage, most pokemon that have it make all their moves gain STAB bonus, which could be neat in ceartin teams, considering they most normals have diverse movepools.

Its definitely not Klutz and I am not entirely sure how you people could think it is

Klutz at least has gimmicky uses like Lopunny + Switcheroo which can completely disrupt some strategies. Its only a gimmick but at least its actually usable.

Slow Start, Truant, and Normalize are all far worse than Klutz considering that Normalizes only use is to get Delcatty to use Thunder Wave on Ground types. Do I need to explain the other two?

Carry the concepts of how to use Normalize and Klutz on their respective users to other Pokemon and you can see how useful they are.

And its not the worst by far, but I find Defeatist to be especially stupid
