1. This card has 300 ATK. Unless your opponent's only card is Black Salvo, they can just kill this card and then Synchro.

I have no idea. Even if it had 2000 DEF it would require a Normal Summon, Special Summon or attack-into-Set to get out. I'd suggest turning this into a Graveyard effect like Shiny Black "C" and removing the Xyz clause.

Edited with higher DEF. Xyz effect not changed to prevent overpowering.

Changing its DEF doesn't help. It needs to have either combat-worthy ATK or activate from off the field, because otherwise it uses up your Normal Summon for a very situational 1 for 1.
