Bringerofcake
Primal Avatar DIVINE Rock/Effect 11/0/0 If you do not control monsters; you can Special Summon this card from your hand. This card is treated as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon of a DIVINE monster. Link to comment

Saynt
Clear World. Maybe have "This card's attribute is also treated as ...", or simply have it be something other than divine. In addition, all 3 Gods have "Normal Summon" in their text rather than "Tribute Summon", since the tribute requirements is part of the effect. I'm not sure on the rulings for that, but I think Tribute Summon is different. Link to comment

Tribute Summon is a type of Normal Summon, the gods require Tribute Summons. @the card: No rank 11 Xyz exist, did I miss out on something? For God cards, it seems solid enough. This & Confit for fun times. No restrictions and 0 ATK also make it pretty usable. It also encourages Torrential, Dark Hole, and Needle Ceiling, which are great designed cards and make this better by proxy. I can't see the type affecting anything one way or the other. Simple, solid card. Nothing amazing, but it seems fine. Link to comment
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Requires your opponent to have no monsters out to summon your boss. Meaning you have to do it first turn (which is stupid) or after a nuke has already been successful. No thank you. Link to comment

[/quote] The joke is that yeah, this card could theoretically make R11 Xyz, but Konami has famously made no Level 11 anything (except a couple of crappy Tribute Monsters). Would the card be better off if it were if only YOU control no monsters? Link to comment
