Once per turn, when a monster is Special Summoned: Add 1 "Toon" monster or "Manga Ryu-Ran" from your Deck to your hand. If this card is destroyed by your opponent: Draw 1 card.

Comic Hand
Equip Spell
Equip only to an opponent's monster. Take control of the equipped monster whilst this card is face-up on the field. The equipped monster is treated as a Toon Monster. If you do not control a face-up "Toon World", destroy this card. The equipped monster cannot declare an attack during the turn this card is activated. You must pay 500 Life Points to declare an attack with the equipped monster. If your opponent does not control a Toon Monster, the equipped monster can attack directly. Each player can only activate "Comic Hand" once per Duel.


All three monsters are copies of existing cards, as existing toons are: [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Stardust_Dragon"]Stardust Dragon[/url], [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Elemental_HERO_Neos_Alius"]Elemental HERO Neos Alius[/url], and [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Dunames_Dark_Witch"]Dunames Dark Witch[/url]. The effects draw off all three existing 'types' of toons, to try and get something more flexible.
[url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Comic_Hand"]Comic hand[/url] is an anime card, which I've tried to de-power as much as possible. Let me know if it needs more balancing.

The decklist looks fine all in all. That's a nice Card Car D reprint you have there. Also: Dark Bunny, Toon Alligator and Vengeful Bog Spirit ftw.
Also, it's not Scapegoats but Scapegoat.

Now on the new cards:
Toon Stardust: It's like all Toon monsters, and has a Stardust-ish effect supporting them.
Toon HERO Neos: A Toon and an archetype monster. Effect is meh. I like it overall.
Toon Valkyria: Nice card, but not a really good effect.
Toon Galaxy: Searcher, alter TW and, well, nice.
Comic Hand: You didn't capitalize Life Points, and also it's once per Duel, not once during the duel.

Overall, I like the Deck and the decklist, however I feel like the monsters' effects are just a bit meh-ish overall.

I've fixed the errors, and let Valkyria survive your own Dark Hole/Torrential. I'll have a think about what else could be done, but to be honest my main goal with the monsters was to try and get the best combination of the existing Toon Monster effects.
