Agro
It ran for a few years on ABC a while back. Was honestly one of the best shows I've ever watched. Unfortunately, it was so quirky that they cancelled it. If you ever get the chance to watch it, I highly suggest it. Summary: A pie maker who, since he was young, has the ability to revive the dead simply by touching them, teams up with a Private Investigator to solve crimes. But there's a catch: If he touches them a second time, they're dead forever, and if they stay alive for longer than one minute, someone in the vicinity will die. This gets complicated further when he finds out the long lost love of his life had been murdered and he decides to revive her... with no intention of letting her go back. The series follows the pie maker, Ned (Lee Pace), the detective, Emerson Cod (Chi McBride), his no-longer-dead girlfriend, Charlotte Charles, (Anna Friel), and a worker at his pie shop who has a rather large crush on him named Olive Snook (Kristin Chenoweth, who won best supporting actress for her role.) Other notable actors are Ellen Green and Swoosie Kurtz. The story is told like a story book, with an amazing narrator in Jim Dale. The series won 10 primetime emmy awards. The majority being for direction and writing. Just thought I'd see if anyone else on YCM has ever seen it. Here's a few great clips from the first season, as well as a trailer for the second season that aired 4-5 years ago:
