I have re-tooled my Gadgets.

So, after a few weeks of playing with the most recent build I posted on here, I decided to fine-tune the Deck because it just wasn't doing as well as i would've liked it to. This updated build has yet to lose, and while I plan on doing plenty more playtesting with it, it's not off to a bad start. Anyway, here it is;

Monsters [20]

[2] Machina Fortress
[2] Machina Cannon
[1] Gorz the Emissary of Darkness

[3] Thunder King Rai-Oh
[2] Green Gadget
[2] Yellow Gadget
[2] Red Gadget
[2] Machina Gearframe
[2] Banisher of the Radiance
[1] Neo-Spacian Grand Mole

Spells

[2] Pot of Duality
[2] Mystical Space Typhoon
[1] Heavy Storm
[1] Dark Hole
[1] Mind Control
[1] Monster Reborn
[1] Pot of Avarice
[1] Soul Taker
[1] Limiter Removal

Traps

[2] Fiendish Chain
[2] Dimensional Prison
[2] Torrential Tribute
[2] Mirror Force
[2] Bottomless Trap Hole
[1] Solemn Judgment
[1] Ultimate Offering

- So this is the updated version; I don't think I'm missing anything but it's definitely a possibility. It looks to play really well so far, and the sideboard is still under construction though I've got the Debunks, Snowman, etc. (no Maxx "C" yet, but that's only because I'm not paying for one until it gets reprinted in the tin). I'd like to pick up some Warnings as well, but I'll wait until next week when they're released as Commons.

Same with Soul Taker; I'll add an additional one once I get one; I like the monster removal aspect it gives the Deck and cards like Banisher/TKRO force the opponent to remove them from the field so they work well with Soul Taker to establish a nice control game.

Gale seems pretty good in here but I wouldn't know what to cut. Maybe a Banisher?

So far I'm really hesitant to do that. With the last format (in the brief time I played this), I didn't run Banisher at all because it didn't do much. Now, it hits Geargia (albeit not as much as others), it hits Gadgets (meaning Mirror Matches which are extremely common around here), as well as Lightsworns, Infernities, etc. It just works really well because it forces the opponent to use something to get around it so when I go to push with something bigger they've already used up some of their outs.
