I am a lot more worried about 2-card game winners than card chains in the current meta. That may just be me, though.

Thats cool and all, but you really can't sit there and tell me playing against burn is fun.

If you were referring to Wind-Ups in your post...at least they have to play the game and can be easily stopped with a well timed Veiler, Max "C", Torrential, Bottomless, Skill Drain, Macro, Dolkka, Gorz (or any really big monster) ect ect. Please list any card that sees heavy play in the main deck or the side deck that effectively counters Chain Burn.

As long as I'm not against an FTK that takes forever to go off, I can have fun. You can MST their cards the turn they're set to break up the chain,, and a lot of times you still get to attack, based on what they drew into. It might get negated, or not, but therein lies the player interaction, doesn't it?

From what I hear as well, people don't even like running Veiler against Wind-Ups because they know they're just going to keep going anyways. There's no 1 card on their field when things are said and done, unless they just summoned Tour Guide, and using Gorz or Bottomless/Torrential as an excuse isn't very viable because Heavy Storm and MST exist, turn 1 Shock Master isn't hard at all to do, and Wind-Ups play traps as well. You also can't balance something by saying "You can negate an effect or destroy it with cards!", It's still not a good thing. And therein lies the personal opinion I mentioned.

You do realize that you basically said "you can negate my stuff so stop crying" is not a valid argument for wind-ups, then used that very same argument to support chain burn right?

So you kinda made your own point invalid.
