Change the font, I suggest taking off the 3D effect as well, it makes the text look cheap. The yellow-green colour doesn't look too great either (especially against Ra), the grey looks quite nice though. Make the text smaller for Ra's as well and arrange it diferently. Try not to stretch the image while editing either.
