Wanna guess what kind of cake I'm having?

NONE! I'm having pie with candles on it, cause cake is overrated!

Anyway, tell me: What do you prefer, whether it's your birthday or not?

The last time on my birthday, though, we did go out for dinner at a place called Charleston's. It was quite fantastic.

Yeah, that sounds like a place I would go for my birthday. I love those kinds of restaurants.

Honestly, at the moment, I could go for some pie, but a pie that isn't made to be sweet (pardon me for not finding a better expression for what I was trying to say). Cake is alright, though. But yeah, I would go for cake on my birthdays because usually, there isn't any pie there and there are other foods like potato salads etc.

Cake?

Pie?

SCREW THAT MY FRIEND, AND GET SOME PHO.

Beef broth with 13 spices, stewwing for 5 hours straight, rice noodles, beef, beef tendon meat balls, more strips of beef, shrimp, chicken, 3 different types of sauce, 1 sweet, 1 sour, and 1 hot as f***, chili peppers, red as a mother f***er, along with bean sprouts, 2 different types of onions, a handful of Thai mints, lime, and to top it off it, more f***ing beef.

Not to mention the different styles like Hanoi, Saigon, or Central.

Hanoi if you like it plain.

Central if you want spicy.

Saigon if you want a clusterfuck of sour, sweet, spicy, crunchy, chewy, tender, and every known taste/texture known to man.

Best of all, it is usually served with Vietnamese Rice Wine which is around 41% alcohol or Vietnamese hard liquor.

Not only that, it also f***ing cures handovers.
