Zowayix
Quick-Play Spell Card Activate only from your hand at the start of your Draw Phase when you control no cards, have no other cards in your hand, and the combined ATK of all monsters your opponent controls is greater than or equal to your Life Points. Select 1 card in your Deck and put it on top of your Deck before conducting your normal draw. (The selected card is still drawn, not added to the hand. This gets around Thunder King Rai-Oh.) Basically the Tag Force mechanic with more restrictive requirements. You need to have this card as the only card in your hand or field, and you need to be in a position where you would lose in 1 turn. What do you think? Is it too restrictive, or is it broken/too easily abused? Link to comment
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
This card is like Gorz. Some people think this card could be used to swing duels and gives you a chance... ... when it actually rewards you for being [s]rubbish[/s]/not as good as your opponent or being pummeled all duel and punichs your opponent for trying to win. After all, what one card could turn such a hopeless scenario anyway? Oh yeah, 9 times out of 10 Dark Hole. You get rewarded for being beaten down with Dark Hole. Link to comment
Zowayix
And if you pick Dark Hole, you'll have nothing in your hand or field to play after that, and your opponent gets a free turn on a clear field. Link to comment
Love of Ghibli
Monster Reborn JD is always an option then isn't it. Actually outside of that example I can't think of a single moment when you would really want to have it. Its almost like you intend on loosing and like the firs person said it just simply rewards you for taking a beating and not being dead yet. Link to comment
Zowayix
Rekindling, maybe? I'm not sure it would be worth it to empty all your resources and get a large amount of ATK on your opponent's field just to add 1 card from your Deck to your hand. Like Gorz, it gives a losing player a chance at a comeback. Unlike Gorz, the conditions are harder to fulfill, such that it is (hopefully) not worth it to purposely lose to pull off the comeback.
