My vote goes to Vegeta as he's the only one that I've seen that looks like a genuine badass. My personal vote would go to Death the Kid from Soul Eater with Blackstar closely behind.

My friends, this is one of the founders of the Hot Blooded anime characters. Along with Koji, Ryoma helped pave the way for stuff like TTGL and Gundam to exist.

That and his power level is off the scale. While Simon is the ultimate Spiral entity, Ryoma is the Herald of the Getter Rays.

Which means he's basically the Anti-Spiral fused with Elder God Demonbane.
