Exodia without the instant win effect

"Discard this card and 1 each of [the other 4 limbs] from your hand; destroy all cards your opponent controls and they lose Life Points equal to the combined ATK of any monsters destroyed. The activation and effect of this card cannot be negated."

Notes:
- I used the text "lose Life Points", not "take damage"; therefore Prime Material Dragon and the like cannot counter this card.
- This effect would still match Yugi's initial victory over Kaiba.

So, you've basically completely changed the effect of exodia, and IMO this effect is even worse than the original.

>Kaiba receives 9000 damage.
>1000 point overkill.
>Yugi wins.
