This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Reversing - CO2". While this card is face-up on the field, the ATK of WATER monsters and Sea-Serpent-Type monsters become 0, except for "Water Dragon". When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 "Carbongeddons" and 2 "Oxygeddon" from your Graveyard. This card is unaffected by the effects of "Water Dragon". If "Water Dragon" is face-up on the field, you can activate one of the following effects once per turn:
● Destroy every Monster your Opponent controls.
● Destroy every Spell/Trap card your Opponent controls

Still not very good, but eh. It would be nice if Carbongeddon were called Carbogeddon and could Summon Hydrogeddons from your Graveyard.

There is a bit of a flaw using 4 Hydrogeddons since it'd be against the rules unless you're Seto Kaiba

Why Sea-Serpent monsters and not Aqua, fitting with the theme for Water Dragon? Also, why would you change Carboneddon's effect so much? Being able to summon Hyozanryu was hilarious.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and the Archetype is actually "Eddon", not "Geddon". They simply use "Hydrog" and "Oxyg" from Hydrogen and Oxygen.
