Lonk
While I do like the cards here, I need to note one thing: For sets, the order is a bit specific, so one shouldn't place them in randomly (for example, dedicate the first 40 slots to monsters, then dedicate the next 10 for Ritual/Extra Deck monsters, then dedicate the next 25 cards to Spells and the next 25 cards for Traps, just for that official TCG/OCG order). Also, archtypical monsters have to be put next to each other in order, for more organization. That being said, I will look over the first 10 cards:
Being a Trap card balances the Xyz Miracle Fusion out well. No problems here.

Both are Normal Monsters, so I couldn't say much about them in that retrospect, but Intergalacticredeyed Dragon belongs to the archtype, which I will discuss later.

While I do see the point of this card, I wouldn't think that Karakuris would use such a card. Maybe change it to "Change the battle positions of all face-up monsters you control" for more mind games and general usage?

Giant Rat of the archtype. All that needs to be said. Unfortunately, there isn't much of an identity of the archtype for me to evaluate yet.

Possible tech in Hieratics. As far as I have seen, not much potential after that.

Not much needs to be said outside of the fact that it is a Level 1 Dragon-Type Tuner monster. While it does give Karakuri Malfunction a possible excuse to be ran with it, the card itself isn't special outside of the fact that it cannot be set.

Just hilarious, and fits that humor slot that is needed in every set. Practical use is none since it is outclassed by pretty much every searcher in existence.

Yeah, it's broken. It is broken for the fact that it is is a free summon from the deck with no restrictions or requirements. I would hate to see a broken card force a group of cards to be terrible because of that.
Those are my card reviews as of now. I'm going to review more later. Link to comment
.Exa
Thank you for your feedback, I updated my original post with fixes and some new cards. Now a few comments of mine: First, the cards are put in the order you suggested, however, the sneak peek card (if it would ever be printed) always goes as EN000, and that's why Xyz Legacy is first. Also, after the sneak peek card, ALL of the Normal Monsters (if any) are placed next, archetype or not. Karakuri Malfunction wasn't intended as a Karakuri card, but as a normal card for defending yourself. It's just that Karakuris change battle positions and I couldn't think of any better name. Unfortunately, I don't plan "Inter" to be some serious archetype with some serious support, just a few cards. It all started as a lulzy idea to be honest. Also, I just realized how Dual Technique is broken and (hopefully) fixed it. Link to comment
-Griffin
Xyz Legacy Normal Trap Card This turn: You can use up to 2 monsters in your Graveyard as materials for an Xyz Summon.
This is pretty cool, since it's vulnerable to MST/ect, so it's not very fast. I do worry slightly about it being too strong and ending up in 80% of Decks, but there's a good chance it's fine. Good card, can't think of any abuse-cases, although I think the wording could be cleared up: "Once during this turn, you can Overlay up to 2 monsters in your Graveyard for an Xyz Summon." Perhaps? Either way, 'once' needs to be there.
Blue Mirror Dragon ******** Dragon LIGHT The dragon whose attack power exceeds even that of the legendary one. ATK: 3050/DEF: 1000
Normal Monsters are boring and generally don't give as much chance to show skill as Effect Monsters of the same stats/ect. It's probably best to leave them out of the game. They only good thing they really offer is that you can target them as 'monsters that aren't going to trigger a loop/ect', but that can be done with smart card design and they definitely remove more skill than they add. It's generally hard to give constructive comments on a specific Normal Monster, but from a design standpoint, "Don't" is probably the best advice.
Interference Dragon ***** Dragon/Effect DARK Once per turn, if a Normal Monster is in your Graveyard: You can negate 1 monster's attack.
No ATK/DEF. Very mediocre effect for a level 5+ monster, Fulhelm Knight does this without the Normal Monster thing and is also a level 3 tuner which Summons other monsters, so I'd hope for 2600 ATK or some really good archtype support.
Interdimensionalyelloweyed Dragon **** Dragon/Effect DARK When this card is destroyed by battle: Special Summon 1 "Inter" Dragon-Type monster from your hand or Deck, except "Interdimensionalyelloweyed Dragon". ATK: 1700/DEF: 1500
Decent support. So far, most of the targets are really mediocre, but a 2200-2400 beatstick searcher is playable. Still, the Archtype probably won't even see use with just these current cards.
Teletourgi Soldier *** Fiend/Effect EARTH You can Tribute this card and 1 other Effect Monster you control: Special Summon 1 Normal Monster from your Deck whose Level is equal to or less than the combined Levels of the monsters tributed for this effect. ATK: 1100/DEF: 1300
Easiest to compare to Hand of Nephthys - Tour Guide target it nice, but I'm pretty sure Guide would negate it, so it's not much of an actual combo. Other than that, Nephys has better type-support and less restrictions, including being able to tribute tokens (or other trash-normals). I don't see it really getting much use, although Heiratics might be able to get an Xyz out of it for a minor victory.
Unnamed Dragon * Winged Beast/Tuner WIND Cannot be Set. ATK: 100/DEF: 2200
Not even Dragon-type? If it was, it would be a Consonance target, but even if it was it would be one of the most unplayable ones. Generally a trash-card.
Rai Ruler **** Warrior/Effect WIND When this card is Normal Summoned: Special Summon 1 Normal WIND Monster from either player's Graveyard to your side of the field. ATK: 1100/DEF: 2000
It should only be your own Graveyard. Outside of the fact I don't like Normal Monster or their support, it's probably about balanced. 1-card Xyz aren't anything special. Getting a 2500+ ATK beater and a 1100 ATK monster for a single Normal Summon might be a bit strong, but I can hardly see it breaking the game.
Hidden Arsenal Dragon **** Dragon/Effect FIRE During either player's End Phase, while this card is in the Graveyard: You can flip it face-down. ATK: 1700/DEF: 1200
I can only see 1 support card for this, and it's not enough to make it playable. Currently a pointless/underpowered card.
Hidden Arsenal Warrior **** Warrior/Effect EARTH During either player's End Phase, while this card is in the Graveyard: You can flip it face-down, and if you do: Draw 1 card. The effect of "Hidden Arsenal Warrior" can only be activated once per turn. ATK: 1600/DEF: 1600
Cool generic card, End Phase is nice to avoid it being too fast. You might want to add some rulings on what happens when it's banished, returned to hand, shuffled into the Deck, ect. Seems solid.
Zonda Soldier ********* Warrior/Effect WIND Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by paying 1000 Life Points while you control a face-up WIND monster. When this card is Special Summoned: It gains 1000 ATK until the next turn's End Phase. ATK: 1000/DEF: 3000
WIND doesn't really have any other level 9s, and the current only rank 9 Xyz is mediocre, so this card isn't very useful as fodder for anything. I can't think of many reasons to use this over Metal Reflect Slime: The ATK for its first turn is nice, but it generally feels underpowered, since it can't really be a part of making any plays, only really useful for OTKing or being a boring wall.
Dual Soldier - Wind **** Warrior/Effect WIND While this card is in the Graveyard: It is treated as a Normal Monster. ATK: 1700/DEF: 1200
I can't think of any reason to use this.
Dual Soldier - Dark **** Warrior/Effect DARK While this card is face-up on the field or in the Graveyard: It is treated as a Tuner Monster. ATK: 1500/DEF: 1500
Unless I have a great need for a level-4-DARK-Warrior tuner, I can't think of any reason to use this. I can't think of any Deck which urgently needs level 4 DARK warrior tuners.
Dual Soldier - Water Warrior/Effect WATER **** Always: Treat this card as a Level 2 Sea Serpent-Type monster. ATK: 1100/DEF: 1800
I guess Diva can now make 2600 beaters, but that doesn't feel like anything special. Probably wouldn't ever get used.
Winged Wyvern the Castle Guardian ***** Dragon/Fusion/Effect WIND 2 "Winged Dragon, Guardian of the Fortress" monsters You can only Fusion Summon this card by banishing its Fusion Material Monsters from your Graveyard (you do not use "Polymerization".) Once per turn, you can target 1 Defense Position monster: Destroy it. ATK: 2400/DEF: 2000
Could possibly get played in its own Deck, WDGotF1/2 itself is a bit cloggy, but they're searchable enough. Makes cool use of tech like E-Con. Fine card.
Warrior-Eater Bug **** Insect/Fusion/Effect EARTH Man-Eater Bug + Man-Eater Bug You can only Fusion Summon this card by banishing its Fusion Material Monsters from your Graveyard (you do not use "Polymerization".) When this card is Fusion Summoned: Destroy 2 cards on the field. This card can't be destroyed by battle. ATK: 900/DEF: 1200
Less playable since you're unlikely to get multiple of them in a duel. 'monsters' makes more thematic sense than cards, but either is fine. Can't be destroyed by battle is just a generally annoying effect that's best not used, IMO. It just doesn't feel good/unique enough to build a Deck around, and is obviously too specific to splash in another Deck.
Photon Shockwave Normal Spell Card Target 1 monster you control: Destroy it. If you Summon a monster with the same name during this turn: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's ATK. You can only activate 1 "Photon Shockwave" per turn.
-1 situational burn card. I can't see this getting played, and even then its design principal is generally not very fun.
Shuffle Spell Card Shuffle target player's Deck.
Trash card that shouldn't exist? Is there some use I'm unaware of?
Downstruction Normal Spell Card Banish 1 face-down card from your Graveyard (the card is flipped face-up): Destroy 2 cards on the field.
Could make a nice advantage engine with that Warrior one. I don't think it's enough support to really play the Dragon one, though.
Lock Normal Spell Card Target 1 card on the field. Load Normal Trap Card Destroy 1 card that was targeted by a card effect this turn.
Unless there's some support for both of these, the first is totally situational when you could use non-trash to target things (you'd never really want to target backrow). The second is far too situational to really be used, especially when the main targeting spell is Lance, which negates this anyway.
Karakuri Malfunction Normal Trap Card Change all face-up monsters you control to face-up Defense Position.
Seems worse than Windstorm of Etaqua or Curse of Anubis.
Excel Counter Counter Trap Card Activate only when an Xyz Monster is Summoned: Negate that Summon and destroy that monster. Then, this card becomes a Continuous Trap Card with this effect: • Neither player can Xyz Summon. Destroy this card during the End Phase of the 3rd turn after its activation.
Doesn't effect enough Decks to really be considered generic and Side-Deck cards/anti-cards are bad design. Summon negation/prevention is also generally bad design. Really don't like this.
Dual Technique Normal Trap Card When you receive battle damage from a direct attack; Special Summon 1 "Dual Soldier" monster from your hand or Graveyard, then end the Battle Phase.
The targets generally feel too weak to use this, especially when it can't target from the Deck. Needing to be direct also makes this way more situational than something like T-Roar.
Long Hold Normal Trap Card Conduct this turn's Standby Phase twice.
Funky little card. I guess it can do stuff like make Acid Golem hit for a sudden 4000 in Acid Golem Swap.dek, or let E-Hero Ocean grab you 2 cards, but generally it seems too weak/situational to be played. A good amount of the time you can force an Extra Standby Phase with something like T-Roar. Overall: You seem to design a lot of cards with no practical purpose. Konami makes these, but they're generally really bad design. Konami designs packs to make a profit. You should be designing a pack to make the game better, which requires some different design choices. Link to comment
.Exa
As you said Konami makes trash cards, but I make some as well. Besides, it's a set about what I like and what I want to make. The next set will probably be a serious one. Shuffle is a humor card for the set. EDITS: Changed the Unnamed Dragon to Dragon-Type. Given Interference Dragon 2600 ATK (me and my stat-forgetting). Removed Bug's destroyed by battle effect. Made Zonda Level 8. Rai Ruler Summons from your Graveyard now. Changed Dual Technique's effect so it Summons from your Deck or hand. Added new card. Also, the whole set is based on bringing Normal Monsters out of the Graveyard and Xyz Summoning with them, hence many Normal Monsters (and also Dual Knight Wind). Link to comment
-Griffin
I just don't see why you'd make trash instead of usable cards. They're bad for the game when released and don't even provide anything interesting to theory-craft over. Unnamed still feels too weak. Interference still feels a bit too weak, but it does give the yellow one a better target, so that's something. Bug's an improvement from a game-design standpoint, but it still doesn't feel like it fits anywhere. Zonda's cool, it has potential for a couple Xyz plays now and is a Trade-In target. Still not a massive fan, but it's pretty good. Rai Ruler's fix is good. I can see the idea, but I feel the concept's a bit bad for the game, (and Dual Knight Wind is still horribly underpowered, IMO.) Link to comment
.Exa
The reason why I'm not the best card maker out there, is because my old posts never got replied to, therefore I couldn't figure out were my cards any good or not, so that's why I'm taking the safer route here, taking feedback and analyzing it. Okay, after thinking it out, I decided to base the set on Vanillas, hence the Grand Legacy, however, I will take the (weaker) cards that I currently have and make them better. Link to comment
.Exa
New plan. I'm making a new set called Legends of the Earth that will instead support EARTH monsters and archetypes. I will take a few cards from here and put it there, but I'm just going to let this thread die. Link to comment
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Please do not put each and every one of your cards in a spoiler. People already don't like to read large amounts of written cards. Why would they want to have to click to open and close spoilers to view each individual one? Link to comment
.Exa
Because it's all clustered up if you don't. Link to comment
