Hmm, might depend on also but it's balanced send a level 7 hoping to get about some less level 3s unless your deck is made out of them then yea, some point in this card? I find it not much do with; other than a miller.

Can those monsters be tributed for a high Level Monster Summon, like my fav Granadora?
