(Must always use the gold rare for extra sexiness)
Looking at it, this thing actually got a buff from it's anime effect at the cost of summoning requirements, which doesn't matter that much.
Discuss.

I wasn't aware that we had a Gold Rare version of it, and I personally wasn't a big fan of Ghost Rares, except back when Rainbow Dragon was the only Ghost Rare in existance, because I've always thought Rainbow Dragon is one of the most awesome arts in the game for some reason.

OT:
It's just a 1 time "beat anything you want by battle" easy to bring out card.
Though I personally don't like it for a few reasons:

-It's very OTK friendly, being an easy 4000 ATK beatstick.
-It leaves the ATK stat of my childhood's Egyptian Gods to shame, as a symbol of how ridiculous power creep has come to be.
-It's the farthest Excalibur representation I've ever seen from what I imagine Excalibur to be like. It looks like a glorified butcher's knife more than a medieval sacred sword.
