RedSceptile
Pot Of Greed. No need for explanation.
The Warrior of Hope
Pot of Greed and Pot of Avarice are both good, depending on the situation. Some people prefer Pot of Greed, while other prefer Pot of Avarice. Pot of Greed is useful if you want to draw cards. Every card you draw is crucial for winning a duel or getting advantage. Pot of Avarice is a bit challenging to use, because if you want to activate it, you need at least 5 monsters. Those 5 monsters you may add to your Deck from your Graveyard are probably very important, especially if they are Effect Monsters. After you add monsters to your deck, you draw 2 cards. Both of them are good. Both cards' usefulness greatly depend on the situation. Just remember, always look at every cards usefulness, not just it's negative side. Pot of Greed goes to the graveyard after it's used.

The Warrior of Hope
You guys should not say "Pot of Avarice" is a bad card, and bad players are the ones who prefer it. Don't just think the commonly used cards are better then others. "Pot of Avarice" is good for Beatdown decks, and more. Yes, maybe the card is trash to your deck(s), but it is valuable to other type of users.
