Steel Angel, the Final Incubator-

Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card is also treated as a Fairy-type monster. If you control 3 Fairy-type monsters: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is Special Summoned: Send all cards you control to the Graveyard. Neither player can draw cards outside of their Draw Phase. During each End Phase: Each player sends the top 2 cards of their deck to their Graveyard. If either player would lose the duel by drawing a card while there are no cards in their Deck: They do not lose the duel. During your End Phase: Discard all cards in your hand, then both players shuffle their Graveyard into their Deck. You can only control "Steel Angel, the Final Incubator". This card cannot be destroyed by battle. This card cannot be removed from the field by card effects (while it is face-up on the field). This card cannot declare an attack. Once per turn: You can target 2 cards on the field; destroy those targets. If this card is targeted for the effect of a card, except itself, or if your opponent has 5 or more cards in their hand during their Standby Phase: Send this card to the Graveyard, then Special Summon 1 "Released Angel Harbingrinder" from your Deck.

This card can only be Summoned by the effect of "Steel Angel, the Final Incubator" and cannot be Summoned other ways. Spells, Traps, Spells/Traps or monster effects cannot be activated in response to this card's Summon. This card is unaffected by the effects of Spell/Trap cards. When this card is Summoned: Each player sends all cards in their hands to the Graveyard. Once, during your Main Phase 1: You opponent can pay half of their Life Points: They Special Summon 1 monster from their Graveyard. This card cannot declare an attack while there is a monster face-up on the field. During you End Phase, if this card did not declare an attack: Destroy all cards on the field, except this card. During your Standby Phase: Pay 500 Life Points, or destroy this card you control.
