Pay 1000 Life Points: Both players shuffle their decks, then each toss a coin and apply the following effects based on the result:

~Tails: Add the bottom card of their deck to their hand.
During this turn, you cannot draw cards via card effects. You can only activate "Gambler's Coin" once per turn.

Well, I probably can't edit the card once I enter it, and I've already entered it, so I don't see the issue here.

I'm taking a crack at the OCG.

Pay 1000 Life Points; both players shuffle their Decks, then each player adds the top or bottom card of their Deck to their hand. During the turn this card is activated, you cannot draw cards by a card effect.

What is the practical purpose of adding from the bottom of the Deck? And can't you use multiple copies of this card, since it doesn't "draw"?

You're correct, there is no practical purpose to choosing one or the other. Time to close a few holes.
