I knocked a kid out earlier, he didn't have much clue how advanced Dueling has become. Anyway, here's mine,"[/color] Seoul laid her cards for Bellarose to see. [color=#00ffff]"I hope this doesn't pose a problem. My deck is all about banishing the cards. Not too many people design their decks to handle that."[/color][color="#000000"] An argument broke out just outside the cafe. Seoul couldn't make out quite what was being said, but she was able to understand one phrase. "I had this deck before you did!" Then she heard the phrase "Phoenix Enforcer" closely followed by "Wingman." That told her all she needed to know: A couple kids joined the tournament with Elemental Hero decks, and now they were arguing about who had built their deck first[/color][color="#ff0000"]. "Well, this seems to be a good chance to test how compatible you two really are," [/color][color=#000000]Hades stated. [/color][color=#ff0000]"Those two boys out there could be your test subjects. Just challenge them to a tag-team and knock them out of the game.That won't be too difficult, will it?" He needed to go to quite place where there wouldn't be many people especially after that scene he just caused or more accurately inappropriately reacted to. Nevertheless he retreated. All sorts of questions buzzed through his mind: Is that waiter alright? Did he see Alexander regulate that wench? Why was he so overtly concerned with a human? None of that mattered though for those small instances of flirtations Alexander was enjoying himself and there is nothing wrong with that. Fortunately there wasn't a wide spread rumor of his actions so he didn't have to conceal himself which was slightly funny in hindsight that girl was the initial aggressor. She just happened to pick the wrong thing to mess with. As Alexander wandered he ended up near what seemed to be a makeshift shrine. Logical, no need to make people choose between religion and card games when they can just have both. Though something was oddly familiar about this place not like he has been here before but more like someone else described it. He continued to look around until he noticed a single dead (being generous) flower away from the others he stood over it and tilted his head.[color=#000033] I feel I know something about this.[/color] He thought as he towered over the plant. After an exchange of praises, Fade began searching for a new opponent. [color=#800000]"I'm guessing you aren't planning on searching for the other Immortals anytime soon?" [/color]said Ares, the Immortal host of Fade. He appeared beside Fade just as he finished his sentence. "Give me a break bro! I'm trying to put some fun in this mission too!" Fade replied. [color=#800000]"I'm not your 'bro' you insignificant rat! And this isn't just a mission, your stupid race is in danger! Ares yelled.[/color] "Well why did you have to pick me as your host! I'm no hero, and I've already got a dumb spirit I have to deal with!" Fade pointed to his head. [color=#800000]"Believe me, I've been asking myself this constantly the last three days," Ares retorted before disappearing.[/color] Fade sighed. He spotted a nearby lake, and walked over to it. For nearly five minutes, he just simply sat down and stared at his reflection. However, his peace was interrupted when his reflection became distorted, and changed to show the image of a demon. "And here i thought i would have a Burakku-free day...but even when you're silent you mess with my mind..." The reflection grinned mischievously. Then he pointed west. "What are you telling me Burakku? What will I find that way?" The reflection disappeared. Fade sighed once more. He stood up and began walking towards west, eventually coming to the city of Neo-Domino itself. He kept walking until he saw a small cafe, at which point he heard a growl in his mind. [color=#800000]"It seems the demon knows what he's talking about. I can feel the presence of the others," Ares said, reappearing.[/color] Fade gulped. He started looking around the cafe, but he only saw some kids arguing. "They must be inside, lets see if anyone comes out..." Fade said.. [color=#FFA500]"It's more that nothing was happening there, and I'm starting to get hungry, may as well find somewhere for some food."[/color] The two continued in silence, walking, or in the case of Zeus, flying, towards a small cafe Kayla had noticed shown on the map. [color=#FFA500]"There should be a cafe ahead, according to the map, I'll be able to get some food there."[/color] [color=#FFD700]"Typical of a human, always thinking of their stomaches. I take it you still haven't decided to start searching for the other Immortals and their hosts then?"[/color] Kayla smiled at the comments, before answering, [color=#FFA500]"That would be correct, we will find your brothers and sisters when it's the proper time to, no point worrying about it till it happens."[/color] Further ahead, they came in sight of the cafe, with a couple of kids arguing over their decks. Walking past the kids, who happened to be arguing over which Elemental Hero deck was built first and which of their aces were better, she smiled at their innocence before walking inside. Kayla walked straight up to the counter, past the couple of girls talking about their decks, before ordering herself a coffee and a sandwich. [color=#FFD700]"You know what you said about not worrying about the other Immortals until we found them, well there is a couple just over there with the girls who have their decks out." deadaim98 Posted September 12, 2012 Report Share Posted September 12, 2012 With eyes still set on the two girls who seemed to simply emanate, or reek of misfortune like himself, Kisami had let out a mere sigh then turned his head a bit and looked at Hephaestus with a "[i]Are-you-sure-those-girls-are-the-right-people[/i]" stare. Only receving a slight nod from Hephaestus, though even with that gesture given, nothing seemed to make any sense anyways. If the immortals jobs were to stay hidden, why in the world would they simply jump out and draw more attention out to themselves. It was just as Kisami was writing down a small note for Hephaestus to read, did she she the familiar, yet somewhat least expected voice of Aphrodite. Who in her speech also spoke word of Hades. She was not too thrilled to meet the two in which she had the least wanted to meet, but such matters could be decided later. It was right however, to assume the girls were the hosts of their temporary exsistence very much like Kisami was in her case. Though after a few moments of pondering up an idea or something to say, Hephaestus had felt a sudden urging feeling coming from Kisami, then turned to see a somewhat impatient Kisami holding up his board. It simply reading with his default text, "[color=#0000FF]Now what genious?[/color]" Hephaestus was not very thrilled to see her host was quite the polar opposite of herself, but would simply have to cope with it till the time came. After a small thought Hephaestus simply released a sigh as she looked at Kisami and then replied, "[color=#FF0000]It seems those two are the hosts. It would be much appreciated, if at the very least, you could simply take a seat over there, for the sake of communicating across a room would simply not do.[/color]" Saying this with her voice that filled with more or less nothing but superiority. Kisami had himself also let out a sigh and then with a short glance at the two he shook his head then stood from his seat and then headed over to the said table to head to. Upon reaching the table which Hephaestus' had quite clearly pointed out, took a seat without excuse or arguement. However on his way to the table had told her through telepathy. "[color=#0000FF]If you by any means you shoud force me to speak, may the gods so help me, I will beat the arrogance out of you.[/color]" Yet despite this statement Hephaestus had simply scoffed at his pathetic, and ill mannered threat. And at that precise moment in which Kisami had taken his seat, Hephaestus had looked over at the other two immortals then after a small glance asked the two with curiousity, "[color=#FF0000]So what beit of the information in which the two of you managed to gather about the other faction?[/color]" However only to be interuppted by the fact that the hosts of the two immortals had taken their leave, and Hephaestus, without hesitation told Kisami to simply follow them, and so it was done. Not much enthusiasm was in his work given, but he had near to no say, for even if he said anything not like it would change much. Though upon watching the challange that was about to take place (easily understanding their method of provoking the two to accept the challange), wondering if the other immortal duelist were anything out of the ordinary. It's so obvious that they're decks being so compatible with each other gives them an advantage, but if you're afraid to duel us..." "Hang on deary, it seems we have company...." Jaine turned over to her flower, walking to it quickly, there she saw a rather large imposing figure over-looking her flower. "Alexander......you're not supposed to be here yet......" she said in a low tone. The young maiden was greatly dwarfed in stature by Alexander, but she didn't let that affect her way of speaking. "I should of known you'd stumble around here eventually, I've been hearing of a "giant thug" for the past hour......what have you been up to....." she said almost scolding, he wouldn't recognize her out of her usual outfit, but her current tone of voice was unique, as was the small girl that hung to her side. Another member of the dark faction dedicated to revive the all powerful Chronos/Kronos. He had to hang his head in shame though because this giant thug was most likely him being talked about by the common folk. [color=#000033]Sorry [/color]he said solemnly[color=#000033] though it was in retaliation[/color]. That was true the pompous model did lay hands on him. Maybe he was a tad excessive...maybe...probably...on second though nope it was in reason. Alexander did feel sorry for his fellow devotees to the cause if he somehow impeded their progress because of his folly then that would be detrimental to the end goal. His head sunk further down in shame. While looking down he noticed the small companion and he realized that must be "Life." An Ironic name for a pyromancer seeing as fire is known to take away life. "It's all fine Alexander, just don't get caught up with anyone that isn't a holder, there was a large explosion a few minutes ago, a very powerful card must have been played about two miles from here, I was going to check it out myself, but this is an excellent chance to search for Immortal users.....Lyfe (as Kneesocks spells it) was on her way to search the East end of the city, it would be best to split ourselves up and have you search the West, I would send you after the explosion but...personally you would bring unwanted attention" she said as politely as she could, though her stare screamed "don't screw up" quite loudly. "Everyone keep a low profile until you find an Immortal in a one on one setting, we wouldn't want to be ganged up on, I'll deal with the explosion and look for the rest of us, is that understood?" she told both of her colleagues with a stern expression in her voice, but an angelic smile on her face, quite eerie. Life was in fact already in the distance. Shes walking ditzily not paying attention and cracks her head against a tree, she rubs her head apologizing to the tree before moving along. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As Life wanders her stomach growls and departs on her way to the area where the smell of food is, a small cafe. She wanders in and orders food, "[color=#0000ff]And how would you like your Eggs? Maym?[/color]" Life thought for a second. "[color=#a52a2a]Burnt~ I want all my food burnt =3[/color]" The waiter looks at her astonished, and leaves with a, "[color=#0000ff]We-Well do what was can maym.[/color]", Life is like a giddy 6 year old, kicking her legs back and fourth on the chair, looking at the other patrons, and notices a pretty woman exit, a wet old man, and ... a... Man... With.... White hair... and... a beard.... And a Crown.... of gold.... Her eyes flash deep red as she locks eyes with the older man with a king like appearance, yet a toga(Zeus) for a second, but her food arrives and she snaps back, as the waiter leaves she notices her waffles aren't burnt she picks one up and presses her finger to it lighting it on fire unintentionally drawing attention. "very ditzy". She then turned back to Alexander "I can't afford to waste more time, I'll be going, you have your orders from the leader, I have to hurry, walking in this hakama isn't exactly easy." Jaine joked as she began to trot away, once in the sunlight her black hair gained a wonderful luster and various male duelists began following her. "I have a few points I need to gain before I challenge an immortal......I wonder if any of these boys would like to play?~" A short while later Jaine stepped out of an alley, patting her breasts. "that was very fun, next time I hope you boys last longer" she said with a seductive smirk, in the alley 3 men were on the ground, their Duel Point counters lowered dramatically, but not extinguished completely. "I need to gain points from the immortals, not these normal duelists, 50 should do for now.....so, where is the source of that explosion then?" It felt weird being bossed around by the she beast but where was he going to find an immortal? Do the host act differently than normal people do and normal people were already random and flawed to begin with. This called for some experimentation. Alexander lazily walked around and saw that there were plenty of duels going on and each of them yielding potential prey. But he already had 60 points so there was no need to stomp on more ants. Though to be honest most people probably kill more insects just by walked than they even know. Why can't the same be for him he thought as a slight chuckle came across his face. While he made to a wide space with several people duelist and non-duelist but he then noticed this little boy. A somewhat introverted creature mainly towards women though as his body made nervous impulses and ticks whenever a girl would come by. This man-child was quite the subject especially when he body language would lead one to believe he was talking to someone. Alexanders eyes turned red as he thinks he may have found an immortal humans. Of course there in lies the problem with humans this boy could be an immortal host or a bipolar schizophrenic. I'm Kayla by the way, and my Immortal is Zeus. My deck is currently based around a recently released couple of archetypes, the Photon archetype and it's close supporter, the Galaxy archetype. The deck style is geared particularly towards summoning Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon and also Xyz summoning various levels of monsters. I also currently have 30 points, and have onl dueled once this competition"[/color] Kayla smiled as she sat down next to them, starting to eat her sandwich. At that point, Zeus then spoke up to them, [color=#ffd700]"Has anyone else noticed the girl sitting over there with fire coming out of her finger, it's not that much of a normal thing around here surely."[/color] At the same time, Zeus was looking towards the girl, particularly interested in the fire, and close examination of him might have noticed sparks starting to come out of his right hand. She looks up at all the people staring at her.(Whether that be just Zeus she would still consider that allot of people) Life smiles and extends another burnt waffle to the group, "[color=#b22222]Want one? Their so guud~[/color]" She says smiling at them, she sees Zeus' hands spark and jumps up, "[color=#b22222]OHHHHHH!!! Gooodie!!! You can do that too OLD MAN!? Li-Fe isn't the only on-[/color]" She drops to her knees, the waffle shattering on the floor as she grabs her head,"[color=#b22222]OWIE[/color] [color=#800000]OWIE![/color] [color=#ff0000]OWIE![/color]" She groans before passing out. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The now mobile Jeanne plus two comes across the alley as Jaine comes out, patting her self down as 3 men lay passed out in the alley, and her duel points going up, "[color=#ffd700]ADULTERER! "wha....wha? no no, I didn't no!" she yelped as for some reason her body deformed to a tiny size waving stubby little arms and a shocked chibi face "Jaine-chan would never do something like that, I'm a miko!" .....and that was when things got worse. Jaine looked at her opponent, she wasn't dressed normally, had a Catholic cross on her was speaking with an english accent and she could swear she saw the cross of the Templar knights on her....... In the past all those of catholic or christian religion in general were persecuted by Japan, much like a smaller scaled Crusade, this left some bad blood between the Shinto and the Catolic that while it may be little more then a nuisance, the fact that Jaine was not only wearing the religious outfit of the Shinto in a Templar's presence, but also being an "adulterer" made her enemy number one. "O....Okay, Jaine-chan accepts your duel on the condition she goes first!" The life point counters both turned on and Jaine drew her cards. "I think Jaine will play one face-down monster in defense position, then she will set two spell or traps in the back field!" three face-down holograms appeared on the field and waited patiently as Jaine finished her move "Jaine-chan will end there too!" Her facade wouldn't last long if this duel escalated, or even better, turned into a duel for an immortal, this could possibly get interesting. The crowds were proving to be far too much for the son of a hermit to deal with, and the numerous women occupying the area certainly weren’t helping. Sage found himself striding onwards in an almost panicked demeanor, taking the routes and paths that had the fewest duelists. He was stopped in his tracks, however, when he heard a loud bang coming from a distance away. [b]“What the…”[/b] Sage muttered as he looked to the direction of the bang in unison with the surrounding duelists. Though there was a possible crisis at hand, Sage couldn’t help but feel relieved that no one was directing their glances at him. However, this feeling of peace wasn’t to last. [color=green][b]“Uh…Sage?”[/b][/color] The Immortal of nature manifested herself a little too close to Sage’s face. Taken aback, the boy stumbled backwards and ended up crashing into a black-haired boy who had been leaning against a tree. Sage got to his feet as quickly as he could, bowing to both the individual he knocked down as well as the other man who had been beside him. [b]“I’m very sorry, sirs. My fault. Completely my fault.”[/b] Sage was about to offer the man a hand, when Artemis once again manifested herself before him. [color=green][b]“Sage!”[/b][/color] This time, her voice was urgent and impatient, a tone which the queen of nature didn’t use very frequently. [b]“Uh, I’m very sorry, but I really need to go now.”[/b] Bowing one more time to the black-haired man, Sage quickly strode off so that he was out of ear-shot. [b]“What’s wrong?” [/b]He asked, looking at Artemis with a concerned expression. [color=green][b]“That man…”[/b][/color] She said, pointing to a black-clad man who seemed to be watching Sage. [b]“What about him?”[/b] Sage asked. Artemis sighed. [color=green][b]“…There’s something off about him. As you know, I am the Queen of Nature. Or, more precisely, animals. And, though humans would like little more than to forget this fact, they themselves are technically animals. By this logic, I should be able to sense the presence of humans. However…I don’t sense anything coming from that man.”[/b][/color] Sage looked at the Immortal while he processed the implications. [b]“Are you trying to say…that he isn’t human?”[/b] Artemis examined the man some more before responding. [color=green][b]“Not in the conventional sense, at leas-”[/b][/color] Something suddenly caught her eye. The Immortal looked to the side where Sage had had his run-in a moment before. She looked blankly for a moment, as if trying to process if her eyes were deceiving her. [color=green][b]“…It couldn’t be…how could I have missed...IS THAT YOU, POSEIDON?!”[/b][/color] She yelled out to the Emperor of the Seas with an ecstatic smile on her face. "Well that was quite the odd experience. It's not every day that you have someone run into you and then see them freak out more than I would." he said as he shook his head. "It's like he can't stand other people at all, yet he has a beautiful girl next to him. How odd. But at least he was polite to us and...wait. Did he bow towards you?" he asked Poseidon as he turned to face him, only to find the old immortal chuckling. [color=#000080]"It seems we have found one already my dear boy! And he's with Artemis of all Immortals!" [/color]Poseidon laughed even louder once Artemis recognized him and called out to him. [color=#000080]"It's been to long dear niece!
