Grammar may be off with the second effect, but I hope it makes sense. I know CED exists, but this is an idea I had in my head, so I decided to make something with it. Anyway, CnC?

There's nothing to CnC about this card. It is an inferior version to Compulsory Evacuation Device, and nobody would run this over Compulsory Evacuation Device. Not to mention that CED doesn't have limitations on when it can be activated, and even if you manage to use this effect, your opponent can still use the monsters effect to do something before it's bounced (ie TGU vs Torrential Tribute) and then your opponent can Normal Summon something else.

So yeah, the card blows.

Yea, I knew it was going to suck. I had to get the idea out of my head, so I really didn't care. Mostly this was made out of boredom. Thanks Zanda for commenting.
