Not sure why anyone plays Blue in a deck with Vraska in it.

Not even sure where this comes in useful, but I guess it's okay.

Although, its actual mana cost?

Added mana cost and made ability colorless.
I dunno, thought that ability absorption was supposed to be blue.

And it is useful if you have weak creatures with good abilities, in which case you equip this to a more powerful creature for a greater magnitude of power.
And it's not JUST for Vraska's ability. The idea just sparked it.
