It's chainable so this is actually kinda usable if your Deck dumps level 5/6 monsters easily, which are worth specialling, share a type with the rest of your Deck, and doesn't need to be too fast.

But what Deck does that fit!? I've got no idea.

I came up with this mainly for an Army-Themed Deck that uses Soldiers, Knights, Swordsmen, and S/Ts that go along with that theme. Basically, I was inspired by coming across Freed the Matchless General in my collection.

[Sleepy]

Summon Tour Guide > search Sangan > Activate this card > Tribute Sangan > Revive Kaius > search for Sangan's effect > return Tour Guide to the hand with Birdman's effect > Synchro for a certain Level 9 R-Genex.
End Result: +1 with a big monster on the field, and an opponent's monster on your side.

^that's an example of a combo that can be done with it.
-Makes other stuff loose their targets
-is chainable to any situation
-gets you beatstick
-gets stuff in the Graveyard
-It's generic but not too broad.

Is a pretty good card.
