Lunactics

Lunactics are an idea I had fairly recently, the general idea of them is that they have effects which are initially harmful but eventually benefit the player (For Example they have cards that activate when another is destroyed or when you take effect damage, as well as cards that bounce effects to your opponent's monsters instead.) They're based around the idea of mental patients in an asylum so all of them are named after mental disorders (with the names mispelled as part of the theme) with effect based off said disorder while the Spell and Trap cards are named after various treatments or tools, mostly older ones from the victorian era.

I only have a few cards so far so if anybody has any suggestions or just general critisism I'd be happy to hear them.

I'll be making actual artwork for these cards sometime but I'm currently occupied with another project so they may take a while.

I'll apologise in advance if the card grammer is off, I wasn't sure how to word a few of these so any corrections are welcome.

Name: Luactic Mannic
Attribute: LIGHT
Level: 4
Image desc: A humanoid creature with grey skin, frazzled white hair and wide, red eyes held open with staples as well as a huge grin held in a similar fashion. Its wearing what appears to be a ruined straight jacket with torn sleeves and loose belts hanging from it.
Type: Fiend / Effect
Lore: This card cannot change its Battle Position except by a card effect. When this card is attacked by your opponent’s monster: You can add 1 Equip Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand after Damage Calculation.

Name: Lunactic Biblomannic
Attribute: LIGHT
Level: 4
Image desc: A large, humanoid creature with grey skin, long black hair and red eyes. It’s wearing what appears to be a ruined straight jacket with torn sleeves and loose belts hanging from it. It’s sitting on a pile of ruined books and is carrying several more books in its arm, some of them falling off.
Type: Fiend /Effect
Lore: If you do not control a face-up Equip Spell Card: Destroy this card and take 1000 damage. During your Draw Phase: You can reveal this card in your hand to your opponent then send all other cards in your hand to the Graveyard; add 1 “Lunactic” Equip Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. You can then Special Summon this card and equip it with that Equip Spell Card. Increase this card’s ATK by 400 for each face-up Equip Spell Card.

Name: Lunactic Schitzophrenac
Attribute: LIGHT

Lore: When this card is Special Summoned; take 1000 damage. Once per turn if this card is equipped with an equip Spell Card: Target 1 monster your opponent controls; change the Target of the Equip Spell Card to the Targeted monster until the End Phase (ignoring all Targeting conditions). If the Target monster is removed from the field: Return the Equip Spell Card to your hand.

Lore: When a “Lunactic” monster you control is destroyed: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn: You can equip this card to a face-up “Lunactic” monster you control as an Equip Spell Card. When this card in your Spell/Trap zone is destroyed: You can Target 1 Spell/Trap card your opponent controls; destroy it.

Image desc: A grey skinned humanoid creature with ragged, torn pants with belts wrapped around them, no shirt and a chest covered in fresh scars and a sack covering his head secured with a noose.

Lore: When you take Effect Damage: You can Special Summon this card from your hand; if you do this card gains ATK equal to the damage taken. Once per turn: You can reduce this card’s ATK to 0 till the End Phase to inflict damage to both players equal to half this card’s ATK.

Image Desc: A large, over muscled fiend with grey skin and a badly shredded straight jacket hanging off him. He is completely bald and has large, glowing red eyes, clawed fingernails and is heavily scarred.

Lore: Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. You can Special Summon this card from your hand by destroying all face-up “Lunactic” monsters you control; all Equip Spell Cards equipped to those monsters are now equipped to this card. This card’s ATK and DEF are equal to the number or Equip Spell Cards equipped to it x1000. If you do not control any Equip Spell Cards: Destroy this card. When this card is destroyed; take 3000 points of damage.

Name: Lunactic Asylum
Type: Field Spell Card
Image desc: An old run down hospital with iron, barred doors, cobwebs and cracked walls.
Lore: Once per turn: When a “Lunactic” monster you control is targeted by a Spell/Trap Card; you can change the target to 1 face-up monster your opponent controls (ignoring all Targeting conditions.) Monsters equipped with “Lunactic” Equip Spell Cards cannot be destroyed by battle.

Name: Lunactic Head Cage
Type: Equip Spell
Image desc: A small, rusted Iron cage with a metal collar at the base.
Lore: After activation equip to an Attack Position “lunactic” monster you control; its ATK becomes 0 and it cannot change its Battle Position. When the equipped monster is destroyed by battle; equip this card to the monster that destroyed it.

Name: Lunactic Leechas
Type: Equip Spell
Image desc: A jaw full of Leeches, some overflowing from the top.
Lore: After activation Equip to a “Lunactic” monster you control. Each time a Spell/Trap Card targets a “Lunactic” monster you control, place 1 Leech Counter on this card; the Equipped monster loses 200 ATK for each Leech Counter on this card. If the ATK of the equipped monster is 0; destroy it. If the equipped monster is destroyed: You can destroy 1 face-up “Lunactic” monster you control; equip this card to 1 face-up monster on the field (Ignoring all Targeting Conditions. You can only play this effect once per turn.)

Lore: After activation Equip to an “Lunactic” monster you control; it is changed to Defence Position and its ATK becomes 0. When the equipped monster is destroyed; you can equipped this card to 1 face-up monster your opponent controls (Ignoring all Targeting conditions.)

Name: Solaterry Confindmint
Type: Continuous Spell
Image desc: A small room with stained padded walls, no windows and a single dusty bulb hanging from the ceiling.
Lore: Target 1 face-up “Lunactic” monster you control; Banish it. When this card is removed from the field; you can Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position.

Name: Mentle Brake
Type: Normal Trap
Image desc: 3 “Lunactic” monsters holding their heads in pain.
Lore: Destroy all “Lunactic” monsters you control.

Name: Lobotamany
Type: Normal Trap
Image desc: An old jar filled with dirty water with a piece of brain floating in it.
Lore: Target 1 “Lunactic” monster you control: Its effect is negated until the End Phase and it is changed to Defence Position.

Name: Raging Lunactic
Type: Continuous Trap
Image desc: a “Lunactic” monster punching another in the face.
Lore: When you take damage from a card effect: You can target 1 face-up “Lunactic” monster you control; it gains ATK equal to the amount of damage taken. During your End Phase you can destroy this card and 1 other Spell/Trap Card you control.

Name: Lunactic gift
Type: Normal Trap
Lore: When a “Lunactic” monster you control is destroyed by a card effect while equipped with an Equip Spell Card: Equip that card to 1 face-up monster your opponent controls (Ignoring all Targeting conditions.)
