Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and discard 1 card: Banish 1 WATER monster from your Graveyard to target 1 face-up monster on the field with ATK equal to or less to the banished monsters ATK; destroy the targeted monster.

Honestly, feels completely and utterly broken to me, but I had to get this idea out from me. I mean, go into Bahamut, get some random WATER Xyz (so either number 17 or 30), Summon this with the xyz you got out with bahamut, use Krakens eff, pop something with 2k or less or 3k or less.
