Ok, so now I'm going to spam WC with singles because no-one comments on topics with multiple cards.

This card would be one of the most skill-based cards in the game, IMO. There's quite a bit of skill in which cards you choose, and for the opponent in which they give or banish (e.g, people might run easy Levair or DDR with this, so you have to weigh removing their monsters against giving them targets).
