Plants Special Summon enough as it is and DDR or something would generally be more consistent. Pond King feels massively underwhelming. I doubt it would see play. Knight seems similarly underwhelming. Spell Canceler, by comparison, gives more lockdown for less tributes and less specifics, and the ATK isn't even that different. Root would probably see some play. It's a good engine for Spore/Dandy plays and gets around Extra Deck monsters nicely. Link to comment

-Griffin Posted September 2, 2012 Report Share Posted September 2, 2012 I don't like Lockdowns since well-designed control does its lock better, but from a balance perspective TK seems solid now. Pine helps, but I still don't see either of the first two as on the same level as Caius, for example, especially in terms of consistency. Link to comment
