I decided to "somewhat" move this from CGC, to hopefully get some more ideas/feedback:
Basically an archetype of counterparts

Red Shadow Blackwing -DARK-
Lvl4
[Winged-Beast/Effect]
If the Opponent controls a face-up "Blackwing" monster, you can Special Summon this card(from your Hand). If you control a face-up "Red Shadow" monster, you can Special Summon this card(from your Hand). Once per turn: You can Target 1 face-up "Red Shadow" monster you control; It gains 1000 ATK until the End Phase. This card cannot declare an attack during the turn you activated this effect. You can only control 1 "Red Shadow Blackwing".

Red Shadow Destiny HERO -DARK-
Lvl4
[Warrior/Effect]
If the Opponent controls a face-up "Destiny HERO" monster, you can Special Summon this card(from your Hand). If this card is destroyed as a result of battle: Target 1 other "Red Shadow" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon the Target during your next Standby Phase. If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a "Red Shadow" card: Draw 1 card.

Red Shadow Elemental HERO -DARK-
Lvl4
[Warrior/Effect]
If the Opponent controls a face-up "Elemental HERO" monster, you can Special Summon this card(from your Hand). Only once, while this card is face-up on the field, you can Tribute 1 other "Red Shadow" monster you control: Add to your hand 1 "Red Shadow" monster from your Deck. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, other "Red Shadow" monsters you control gain 300 ATK.

If the Opponent controls a face-up "Scrap" monster, you can Special Summon this card(from your Hand). If this card destroys an Opponent's monster as a result of battle, Destroy this card. If this card is destroyed by a card effect: Target 1 "Red Shadow" monster in your Graveyard, except "Red Shadow Scrap"; Add the Target to your Hand.

[Insect/Effect]
If the Opponent controls a face-up "Inzektor" monster, you can Special Summon this card(from your Hand). When this card is Summoned, Target 1 monster in either player's Graveyard: Equip the Target to this card. This card gains 1000 ATK while equipped with a monster. Once per turn: You can Send 1 card equipped to this card to the Graveyard: Gain 1000 Life Points. If this Equipped card is sent to the Graveyard: Target 1 face-up monster on the field; Return the Target to the Hand.

If the Opponent controls a face-up "Photon" monster, you can Special Summon this card(from your Hand). You can Discard 1 card: Special Summon this card(from your Hand) in face-up Defense Position. If you Normal Summon or Flip Summon this card, you cannot Special Summon this turn.

If the Opponent controls a face-up "Fabled" monster, you can Special Summon this card(from your Hand). Once per turn, you can Discard 1 card: Increase the ATK of this card by 1000 until the End Phase. Once per turn, you can Target 1 face-up "Red Shadow" monster you control: It's level becomes 3, until the End Phase. If this card is Discarded: Target 1 face-up "Red Shadow" monster you control; Increase it's ATK by 800 until the End Phase.
500ATK / 500DEF

Red Shadhunder -DARK-
Lvl4
[Thunder/Effect]
If the Opponent controls a level 4 LIGHT Thunder-Type monster with 1600 or less ATK, you can Special Summon this card(from your Hand). This card is always treated as a "Red Shadow" monster. You can Discard this card and Target 1 face-up "Red Shadow" monster you control: Add to your hand up to 2 monsters with the same name as the Target monster from your Deck. During the turn you activated this effect, you cannot Special Summon any monsters.

Red Shadow Verz -DARK-

[Warrior/Effect]
If the Opponent controls a face-up "Verz" monster, you can Special Summon this card(from yuor Hand). If this card is destroyed as a result of battle: You can send 1 "Red Shadow" and 1 Spell card from your Hand to the Graveyard and Target the monster that destroyed it; Gain control of the Target, until the Opponent's next End Phase. During that time, it's also treated as a "Red Shadow" monster.

Red Shadow Synchron -DARK-

[Machine/Tuner]
If the Opponent controls a face-up Tuner or "Synchron" monster, you can Special Summon this card(from your Hand). When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Target 1 "Red Shadow" monster in your Graveyard: Send 1 monster from your Hand to the Graveyard and Special Summon that Target. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material monster, except for the Synchro Summon of a "Red Shadow" monster. This card cannot be used as an Xyz Material monster.

Red Shadow of Prophecy -DARK-

[Spellcaster/Effect]
If the Opponent controls a face-up "Prophecy" monster, you can Special Summon this card(from your Hand). You can Tribute Summon this card in face-up Attack Position by Tributing 1 "Red Shadow" monster. Once per turn, you can Banish 1 Spell Card from either player's Graveyard and Target 1 face-up "Red Shadow" monster on the field: The Level of the Target monster becomes 7 and it gains 500 ATK.

Red Shadow Gagaga -DARK-

[Spellcaster/Effect]
If the Opponent controls a face-up "Gagaga" monster, you can Special Summon this card(from your Hand). Once per turn you can Target This card and 1 other "Red Shadow" monster you control: Declare a level of 1 through 8; The Level of both Target monsters becomes the declared number. During the turn you activated this effect, the Targeted monsters cannot be used as Synchro Material monsters. You can only control 1 face-up "Red Shadow Gagaga".

If a Spell, Trap, Spell/Trap effect, or Effect Monster's effect is activated that destroys a card(s) on the field: You can send 1 card from your Hand to the Graveyard; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. During the End Phase of a turn in which you activated this card's effect at least twice, Draw 2 cards.

[Beast/Synchro/Effect]
1 "Red Shadow" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner "Red Shadow" monsters. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by Synchro Summon. During the turn this card is Summoned, Spell and Trap cards cannot be activated. Once per turn, during either player's turn, If the Opponent activates the effect of a monster card, you can Discard 1 "Red Shadow" monster: Negate it's activation, and if you do, destroy it.

2 level 4 "Red Shadow" monsters.
This card is also treated as a "Number" monster.
When any player's monster declares an attack: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the attack and End the Battle Phase. Then, both players draw 1 card. If this card has no Xyz Materials, This card loses 1000 ATK and DEF.

[Spellcaster/Xyz/Effect]
2 level 7 "Red Shadow" monsters.
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz material monster from this card; Destroy monsters on the field up to the number of "Red Shadow" monsters in your Graveyard. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activated this effect. If this card has no Xyz Materials, it loses 500ATK and DEF.

Red Shadow Draw -Spell-
Discard 1 "Red Shadow" monster. Draw 2 card. You cannot Special Summon during the turn you activated this card.

Red Shadow Whirlwind -Continuous Spell-
Once per turn, when you Normal Summon a "Red Shadow" monster: Add to your hand 1 "Red Shadow" monster from your Deck. You can only control 1 "Red Shadow Whirlwind" and you cannot Special Summon during the turn you activated this effect.

Red Shadow Reborn -Spell-
Target 1 "Red Shadow" monster in your Graveyard: Banish the Top card of your Deck and Shuffle your Deck; Special Summon the Target monster. You can only activate 1 "Red Shadow Reborn" per turn.

Red Shadow Lead -Quick-Play Spell-
Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower "Red Shadow" monster from your Hand. The monster Summoned by this effect is destroyed during the End Phase of this turn.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Trap cards]
Name Game -Trap-
Tribute 1 "Red Shadow" monster you control and Target 1 face-up monster on the field that shares it's name with a name mentioned in the Tributed monster's effect: Destroy the Target monster. Then, Draw 2 cards.

Double-Edged Red Shadow Technique -Trap-
Target 2 "Red Shadow" monsters in your Graveyard: Special Summon them. Then, Take 2000 damage. Destroy the Summoned monsters during this turn's End Phase.

Red Shadow Art of Super Transformation -Continuous Trap-
Tribute 1 "Red Shadow" monster you control, and Target 1 face-up monster your Opponent controls: Send the Target monster to the Graveyard and Special Summon 1 "Red Shadow" monster from your Deck. If this card is removed from the field, Banish the Summoned monster. If the Summoned monster is removed from the field, Banish it, and Destroy this card.

Red Shadow Icarus -Trap-
Target 1 face-up "Red Shadow" monster you control, and up to 2 cards your Opponent controls: Banish your Target, and return the Opponent's targets to his/her hand.

Red Shadow Gravity -Continuous Trap-
Activate only if you control a face-up "Red Shadow" monster. Pay 800 Life Points during each of your Standby Phases. If you cannot, Destroy this card. All monsters with a Rank or Level of 4 or more on the Opponent's side of the field cannot declare an attack. Destroy this card if you control no face-up "Red Shadow" monsters. [/spoiler]
