You cannot use "Elemental HERO" monsters as Fusion Material, nor can you Summon an "Elemental HERO" monster with this effect.

So, looking for what this can Summon and I learned Vision Heros exist, pretty cool.

D-Heros are way more playable now. Having only Poly and Fusion Gate to Summmon their best boss monster was annoying.

Still, it's a Deck with 7 draw cards, so I would have to worry if it would make them a touch too fast.

Pretty sure the only way Evil Heros can use this is Mali. Edge, and they already have Dark Calling.

I'm pretty sure this can only fit in D.Hero Decks, but it would definitely be used there, on the verge of being too strong (Especially when you get this with D-Dude.)
