You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard if the Levels of all other monsters in your Graveyard total 11 or more. When this card is Summoned, reduce its Level by a number equal to or less than the number of cards in your Graveyard, then banish 2 cards from your Graveyard. Xyz Monsters Summoned using this card as an Xyz Material is unaffected by the effects of Spell and Trap Cards until the controller's next Standby Phase. 1000/3000 Hand of Genesis - Dextera LIGHT Level 11 Fiend/Effect This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect. You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard by discarding 1 Level 5 or higher monster from your hand. When this card is Summoned, banish up to 2 monsters from your Graveyard, and reduce its Level by the total Level of the banished monster(s). Xyz Monsters Summoned using this card as an Xyz Material is unaffected by the effects of monsters until the controller's next Standby Phase, and its Summoning cannot be negated. 2500/1500 Celestial Gauntlets Spell Card Target 2 monsters you control; increase or decrease their Levels by a number equal to or less than the number of cards in your hand, up to a combined maximum of 4. If the targeted card(s) has "Hand of Genesis" in its card name, you can draw 1 card for each. Celestial Lord - Genesis LIGHT Rank 11 Machine/Xyz/Effect 2 Level 11 monsters At the end of your opponent's Main Phase: Detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card and apply 1 of the following effects: ● This card gains 4000 ATK until the End Phase; your opponent enters the Battle Phase, all monsters they control are switched to Attack Position and must battle with this card if able. ● Destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field and inflict 2000 damage, then change this card to face-up Attack Position. ● Your opponent discards all cards in their hand, and you draw an equal number of cards. After this effect resolves, return this card to the Extra Deck and Special Summon the Xyz Materials detached from this card, ignoring their Summoning Conditions. 0/4000 Guiding Hand of Fate Trap Card Target 1 Xyz monster on your side of the field without Xyz Materials: Up to twice this turn, shuffle 3 cards from your Banished Zone into the Deck to select 1 "Hand of Genesis" monster from your Banished Zone, and attach it to the targeted monster as an Xyz Material. Why do they have such near-impossible summoning requirements, only to then change their Levels to something other than 11? Link to comment

I have them changing Levels so that it's possible to use them for other Xyz Summons. Also, with their combined effects, Genesis the Xyz monster would be immune to negation and and all other card effects, and can easily be a potential OTK. Link to comment

Easy condition, flexible level, passable effect. I think you're more likely to see the R11 Summoned with Gagaga Magician, Gauntlets, and Gagaga Girl, than with the two monsters you included.
