Took an idea from M:tG and made it into a YGO card

You cannot Special Summon Level 2 or higher monsters during the turn this card is Normal Summoned.The Summon of this card cannot be negated. If there are 0 cards in your Deck when this card is Normal Summoned: You win the Duel.

I love this concept.

EDIT: Just noticed it was Level 5. You might want to add "This card cannot be Special Summoned" to the text. I like the concept.

I really feel this will only be used for OTK-abuse. Like Empty Jar with this replacing Needle Worm or something equally hilarious.

Maybe specify that it is to be Tribute Summoned rather than Normal Summoned. I feel that it should at least require 2 Tributes, or have some other sort of restriction that doesn't just make it part of a 2 or 3 card OTK along with a deck of drawing cards.

A gimmicky "win on the very last draw" card that is impossible to FTK with.
