So as you will probably have already guessed, I'm making a set based on YCM members. If you want to be a card, complete this:

Your level will be your level on the site, and the usefulness of your ATK, DEF and effect will be set accordiangly. Don't fill in certain fields if you want (But only if you feel you don't need to. If you feel you will be insulted if people see the second to last question for example, don't fill it in. The first is the only required field but I'd like you to fill in at least one other if you can.)
