Overall, there are hardly any restrictions on many of these cards and you're bound to find that one play can lead to ridiculous plusses, and then, by the nature of the effects, the same thing will happen the following turn. Everything goes off too easily and isn't challenging at all to use.

The set is creepily overpowered, mainly because your really don't have to do anything to generate pluses. One Quickdraw will always lead to another quickdraw and so on and so on. Lets not even think about what happens when you add Sangan to the mix.

Like said before they have no restrictions, are blatantly spammable, and coupled with existing searchers and probably cards like Librarian they become even more fearsome. Maybe their effects could be discard a card to special summon them.

ROTA can get you the quick level 4 tuner to the field but Sangan gets you the instant level 6 that leads to the instant level 4, and I think they are worded so they can't miss timing so you can be in battle phase and drop a 3k wall on the field that yields hand advantage.
