I'm far out of the loop but I just wanted to make a card. I had help with the OCG, which I still do not get fully.

I was too lazy to use the cardmaker, so here you go:

This card seems very powerful, like a more powerful version of Imperial Custom. It supports Wave-Motion Cannon, for one.

Additional tips for OCG! Continuous effects don't use colons: they are one whole sentence, and you can make it a run-on sentence if necessary.
