For the first condition, do you mean "Cannot be Special Summoned except from the Deck", or "Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned from the Deck"?

The phrase "When this card would be sent to the Graveyard" is strange for an activated effect. So it hits the Graveyard and then goes back? If so, it forms a loop with Brionac.
