Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. When this card is Special Summoned: Both players must place as many Monster Cards, from both each respective Graveyard and hand, on each respective Spell & Trap Card Zone as possible as Continuous Spell Cards. You can return 1 "Crystal Beast" card in your Spell & Trap Card zone to your hand; place this card in your Field Spell Zone. While this card is in your Field Spell Zone: draw 1 card in addition to your normal draw during your Draw Phase. In addition, "Crystal" Continuous Spell Cards you control cannot be destroyed. Then, attach any number of "Crystal Beast" monsters in your Graveyard to any number of Xyz Monsters you control as Xyz Materials. During the End Phase: return all monsters Special Summoned by this effect back to your Extra Deck and Special Summon 1 "Rainbow Dragon" and 1 "Gemstone Dragon" from your Graveyard, ignoring the Summoning Conditions.

Gemstone and Mega-morph seem a tiny bit OP, less noticeable for Mega-morph because of the heavy cost. But Gemstone Dragon is a bit OP. A beatstick or a no Field Spell card/double draw/crystal cards immune to destruction, and it's not even hard to Summon.

Also Gemstone: 4 or more, or exactly 4 Crystal Beasts, you didn't clarify that in the text.
