CinnamonStar
I just thought I should make a series of poll to see how songs fare in comparison to each other. There's already a topic about Gangnam Style, but let's say you're out somewhere and you had to choose between listening to that or I'm Sexy and I Know It. There's both equally ridiculous, but that's why I them against each other. Gangnam Style http://www.dailymoti...on-hangul_music I'm Sexy and I Know It http://www.dailymoti...i-know-it_music If you're going to post, say why you voted for someone, just "voted for the first/second one" isn't enough. Expelsword
Gangnam Style is less shallow.
PSY seems to brag more about his attitude ["I'm the kind of guy who one-shots his coffee before it even cools down."] whereas LMFAO focuses totally on the physical aspects ["I'm sexy and I know it."] Amazingly, while PSY does look for "sexy ladies", some of his lyrics indicate he is looking for a girl with more substance as well. (with "Gangnam Style" perhaps?) If you look at the second line of "Sorry for Party Rocking" you get ["I be up in the party, lookin' for a hottie to bone..."] But PSY adds a bit more to his search ["A girl who covers herself but is more sexy than a girl who bares it all. A sensible girl like that"] tl;dr: Gangnam Style is swag + class, so he wrecks LMFAO. More artists need Gangnam Style.
Tentacruel
Gangnam Style for the same reason as Expel. Also, it's more musically sound. Much more.

CinnamonStar
Well, I voted for LMFAO.o_o Dunno, while PSY is funny and refreshing for K-Pop standards, he makes me laugh a bit less. Both are fine in their own ways and deserve their existence, but LMFAO is more over-the-top and silly. PSY on the other side gets credit for working on the composition, lyrics, choreography, concept and album artwork himself, which is good.
~ P O L A R I S ~
Gangnam Style for me, because the sexy partying theme shared by the two songs is already emphasized so much by the environments and dancing in the videos that lyrics like those in "I'm sexy and I know it" are entirely predictable and more worthy of eye-rolls, whereas in Gungnam Style the lyrics are in a language so far removed from my own that they give a completely new feel to this sort of context and open us up to new possibilities.
LMFAO focuses totally on the physical aspects ["I'm sexy and I know it."]
In spite of my preference for Gangnam Style being what they are, I do disagree with this quote as I think of sexiness as being a form of charisma, more comparable to confidence and ability than appearance. For instance, there're plenty of people who think of Keith Richards as sexy, but he looks like this: The same could be said for Lil Wayne. Or PSY.
