If they do not, then that card's effect(s) are negated. If the Level of a monster is 1: negate that monster's effects in the hand, field, and Graveyard. Super Terraforming [ Spell / Quickplay ] Send 1 monster you control to the Graveyard. Activate 1 Field Spell Card from your Deck. Level Guard Terra EARTH / Level 5 [ Rock / Effect ] While you control a face-up "Level Limit - Area X": You can Normal Summon this card without Tributes. When this card destroys a monster by battle: You can Special Summon 1 "Level" monster from your Graveyard. [ ATK: 1800 / DEF: 2400 ] Level Guard Mystia DARK / Level 5 [ Fiend / Effect ] While you control a face-up "Level Limit - Area X": You can Normal Summon this card without Tributes. When this card is Summoned: Add 1 Field Spell Card from your Graveyard or Deck to your hand. [ ATK: 2300 / DEF: 1900 ] Level Guard Anhel LIGHT / Level 5 [ Fairy / Tuner ] While you control a face-up "Level Limit - Area X": You can Normal Summon this card without Tributes. When a "Level" monster is Summoned: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn: Target 1 monster on the field; That monster's Level becomes 1. You would think that something as obvious as Levels would have been created and utilised as a Monster Archetype already, since they are so creative. This set is remarkable. The ONLY thing I would say, in my opinion, is a LITTLE steep is the effect of 'Ultima' which negates the summonings of all level 4 or lower monsters. Maybe you could add a negotiation you know, like, they can't summon it UNLESS they pay a certain amount of LP or discard, you know? Other than that, AWESOME! 10/10 Link to comment
