Yeah I personally find it to be very situational as a side, since most decks using Dragons would have 3-4 monsters on the field, and they all wouldn't be just Dragon-Type monsters. I did consider your other changes though. AAA is having mixed results though Plus, I find myself to be using Papilloperative much more than I would be using Corn.
