Once per turn; you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Target 1 card on both players field or Graveyard. Return those targets to the owners hand. There must be a card on both players field and Graveyard to activate and resolve this effect. If this card is removed from the field; both players take 1000 damage for each Xyz Material on this card. If this card has no Xyz Material on it, it$ effects are negated.

The line about activating and resolving isn't necessary since you used the phrase "those targets". You can wipe your opponent's field by Overlaying this card on itself.

This is horrible broken, and it's not [i]technically[/i] a "Chaos XYZ" unless it's using a specific Numbers card as its material in its effect. They also typically have an effect that can't be activated that turn, or only when you have 1000 or less LPs. Also, this card with Gustaph Max is just stupidly overpowered.
