Hello! Returning to the game

Hi, I'm new to the forums. I've been a Yu-Gi-Oh fan for years, but I haven't played the game in years, when GX was still in full swing. I want to see what the Yu-Gi-Oh community is doing, and learn what's good and not good these days. So, please escuse my noobish-ness in terms of gameplay for awhile.

Aside from Yu-Gi-Oh I'm also big into gaming, mainly RPG and RTS. My personal favorite game series is the Total War series, KOTOR being second.

I watch some anime, but I'm not as big into it as some fans are. I'm still trying to expand my anime list, however. If you want to know what I've seen, and to recommand new ones, PM me.

I'm a big fan of intellectual topics, such as science, history, war strategy, ideas, etc. In fact, when I watch TV it's almost ALWAYS documentaries, and rarely any actual shows.

Well if you're interested in the TCG then it'll be nice to see someone that understands they're out of date but is willing to learn (and from a first impression perspective, you seem like you're pretty smart). If you do post in the section then feel free to ask questions, since I'm sure myself and the rest of the section will be willing to help.

There are a couple of morons that think they're hot-shots that will bash for no reason (Honestly, I can be this kind of person sometimes (you'll get used to my superiority complex in the section if you frequent it), but I'm [i]trying[/i] to tone it down a bit) but just ignore them.

Yeah, from looking around, I can tell that I'm out of date big time.

Unfortunately, it may be awhile before I can deck build, seeing how I left all of my spell and trap cards behind when I moved last. (They were in a seperate binder than my monsters.)
