First off, I want to thank you for commenting on my Solitari set that is in progress :D.

Ok now for your cards: I like the idea behind your cards a lot. Swarming the field with the little guys, triggering great effects when the hit the field, and then you have your quick-play for the huge boss monster to cause chaos for your opponent. However, I do have some suggestions:[list=1]
[*]For Quaking, I would allow him to Special Summon the totem as long as it is not "Quaking Totem Spirirt" otherwise it will be a big swarm with 1 card. Other than that, really good :).
[*]Tidal seems a little broken to just pop a card when it is summoned. Maybe having it when it is revived by its won effect? Good card other than that, just make it less OPed.
[*]Raging is like a mini Giant Trunade. I would suggest to make his effect go off only when it is summoned when you control 2 or more Totems just to keep things less broken on field control (even though it is easy to swarm, but you lose cards so it won't be too easy).
[*]Toityem is such a great boss monster. But, I would just reduce the stat increase a little because even though you need 4 totems, a random 4000 beater is a little to much of a surprise (even though we all really like surprises).

Other than those changes, I have huge OCD and I like being up-to-date with the Problem-Solving Card text using colons and semi-colens. Great cards overall, I really would like to see these get some extra support (just a little :)).

Here's what I think:

[b][u]Quaking Totem Spirit[/u][/b] - Okay card. Nothing all that bad about it.

[u][b]Tidal Totem Spirit[/b][/u] - I can see this being used in Frogs and destroying everything in sight. The destruction effect is just too much. This is easily the most powerful of the Totems.

[b][u]Burning Totem Spirit[/u][/b] - Very weak effect compared to the others, and not really worth Summoning. Can be used with Volcanics, though.

[u][b]Raging Totem Spirit[/b][/u] - An okay effect, nothing wrong with it.

[u][b]Sinister Totem Spirit[/b][/u] - A bit odd that the "sinister" one would be the one to "summon the dragon", unless it's supposed to be an evil dragon.

[u][b]Shining Totem Spirit[/b][/u] - See Burning Totem.

[u][b]Toityem, Bountiful Spirit Dragon[/b][/u] - You don't need to say "Except Totem Dragon", because the Spell Card already says as much.

[u][b]Spirit Changer[/b][/u] - If anything it's underpowered, but I guess it has its combos.

[u][b]Totem Guard[/b][/u] - A little underhwlming, but okay. Not sure why you would want to discard unless you REALLY needed a way to Special Summon instead of Normal Summon.

[u][b]Spirit's Tactics[/b][/u] - A little weird, and kind of useless. Only one combo for it, and that doesn't really help.

[u][b]Totem Doll[/b][/u] - Oh boy. I can see a lot of potential abuse.

[u][b]Spiritwalker[/b][/u] - An okay addition to the theme.

[u][b]Celestial Spirit Mistress[/b][/u] - Eh... Not all that useful, but I guess it lets you do something...Maybe give it a real effect?

[u][b]Universal Spirit[/b][/u] - You don't need to say "and equip it with this card". Just say "Can only be equipped to a "Totem" monster. I also assume you mean "send this card to the Graveyard instead"?

A bit of your OCG is messed up, but that's okay. It doesn't really matter all that much.

Thanks for your feedback. I always welcome it. I know that some may look pointless or stupid or whatever, but I don't know, I just had a sort of vision of these cards, and I also like writing cards because I think they'd look cool or mysterious, and there would always be a way to turn the tide of a duel when all used in a certain way. I have always found the weak, oddly effected cards the most interesting. Even if they lose, I can visualise someone playing these out in a duel and I like that. It makes me feel good to get my ideas and stuff onto a screen/paper, even though they could be a proper disaster.

In order for this to go into finished sets, you have to have pictures of the cards with images otherwise they will lock your topic (or at least I think they will).
