Nice concept, but the graphic needs work. And the card should probably say: "Every time the equipped card is destroyed, special summon it with half it's original ATK points until it reaches 0 (round up for decimals)"

 

I don't know if you meant a normal summon or special summon so I just threw in special.

 

Here's a suggestion for the artwork; How bout a pic of an awesome duel monster (an existing one, or one you created) and use some photoshop magic on it to look like when you would stand between 2 mirrors and you see many copies of yourself, each one gets smaller and smaller.
