Volcasaurus is the obvious answer for such ridiculously cool design.

I'll also go with Number 7. Gambling theme FTW.

Black Mist for being incredibly evil and such a jerk in the anime. EVIL!

 

Giant Killer for being so incredibly graphic with its attack in the anime. GORE!

 

Dyson Sphere for being ridiculously huge and beating down Kaito in the anime. WTF?

 

Fran Ken for being ridiculously broken yet turned down by Gagaga Girl in the manga. AWW.

 

Volcasaurus for practical use in real life TCG... :P

Dyson Sphere is boss. That awesome pair of effects, plus being Rank 9 (9 being my favorite non-prime and single-digit number), and being used by a member of the Arclight family just makes it totally kickass.
