Until the End Phase of your next turn, monsters on either player's side of the field, Deck, hand or Graveyard are unaffected by Monster Effects and cannot be used in a cost for a monster effect. Neither player can Synchro or Xyz Summon with monsters on the field at the time of this card's activation. Each player can only use the effects of "Frequency Jamming" once per Duel. A Synchro Summon? A Fusion requiring a Spell Card? Heh, this doesn't do anything to Guaiba. Link to comment
