[/quote] Yeah..no Nolan's only producing this movie but the guy who co-wrote Batman Begins and the basic ending for The Dark Knight Rises with Nolan wrote this one with Zack Synder directing it. Zack Synder's ok as long as he doesn't write the movie himself (i.e Sucker Punch.) Synder wrote Sucker Punch and it was abysmal. But I'm thinking this film will focus more on his inner struggles than the others, so that'll be interesting. Won't believe the guy in the trailer is Clark Kent though haha. [/quote] I hope you're referring to Nolan and Watchmen separately and is just referring to the combined efforts of the creators, but I think Snyder is going to have more say in how this movie turns out. Knowing how infamous he is for slow motion action, I'll be amazed if they live up to one of the things about Superman is that he's supposed to be "faster than a speeding bullet." Like everyone else said, I think Superman is a boring hero. I liked the animated series, but otherwise I can't really care about him. [/quote] Of course I was referring to them seperately, I'd be a poor Nolan fanboy if I wasn't. I think Nolan will be more overseeing things and ensuring that the overall feel of the film is a success. Snyder does love slow-mo action, you're right there! The current mold for "acceptable" superhero movies is getting a bit too small for my tastes. That being said, I'll see how this looks when there's more content, but Superman isn't really my thing. [/quote] Both are terrible concepts, but at least Superman has some decent enemies on his villain roster while Goku's villains stopped being interesting early on into Dragon Ball.
