I designed this to be used in a Monarch-based Deck, but I'm worried about other uses for thus card. Anyway, CnC?

Hieretics... Sorry to say, but any support card intended for Monarchs will probably be stolen by Hieretics if its any good. Unless you made its summon conditions, not dragon type, but that would be silly. Umm,It's pretty good. It's destruction effect does make it, a new version of Hornet. And whilst they might not always, Inzectors can quite easily Rank 6. I kind of have the feeling, that it would be more of a meta card than anti meta. Unless, you make the summoning conditions Moarch only. That would solve it, since, its powerful, and i kind of want hate it, but it isn't overwhleming.

So basically, change the summonign conditions, and it doesnt become splashable rank 6.

Alright, I changed it to Level 6 DARK monsters since Caius is the most used out of the bunch IMO.
