Awesome! I'm satisfied with Luffy saying no and the others ignoring that and choosing to follow him anyways. I'm betting whatever final showdown the Straw Hats will have with the Marines, these guys are going to be a big part of that.

And nice, Luffy's new bounty makes sense too. I'd like to think Zoro would get a bounty for taking down Pica. And maybe Usopp could too since he had the highest star bounty when Doflamingo sicced the kingdom on them.

Hell yes it is! (Looks like Spandam is there, too.)

So much cool stuff this chapter, damn.

- Rob Lucci & Spandam are part of CP0

- New statues of Kyros, Lucy, and God Usopp

- The Going Luffy-senpai, lol

- New bounties for everyone, I love that Usopp has a huge one now, and Sanji only being wanted alive is interested (apparently there's been some theory going around that he's some sort of prince or related to the World Nobles, first I've heard of it, though)

- Doffy's speech about the Game of Thrones Throne Wars was da bomb

Oda managed to top the previous chapter immediately.

Amazing chapter, for all the reasons above. The new bounties are both awesome and hilarious to me.

I did the math, and the Straw Hats are now totally worth 1,670,000,100 berries.

That's curious with Sanji's wanted alive status. I legit can't think of a reason why, I guess he did something after leaving Dressrosa?

There are actually a lot of holes in that theory.

For one, the thing about the RH-Negative blood means the yahoos on Fish Man Island who were the only ones willing to give a blood transfusion for Sanji were also of royal descent.  wut.

Also, the vast majority of that video is the author finding something he thinks is symbolic or a hint of foreshadowing, making a conclusion completely on speculation, and moving on to the next picture.  The big questions are never asked.  For example, "Ok I'll play along.  Sanji doesn't want his picture taken by the marines so that he can't be recognized".  But why?  What implications would actually arise?  As far as I can tell, absolutely nothing bad or good could come from him "being recognized" as far as we know now.  He's part of one of the strongest crews in the new world.  So unless he's worried the reveal will put everyone in danger, there's nothing wrong with getting a photo.  And at this point the only concern would be if he actually was as Celestial Dragon and the Admirals were sent after him.

It's very easy to spot these holes if you re-watch it.  The author makes what appears to be a point leading somewhere, makes a conjecture, but refuses to explore both the evidence and counter-evidence to that conjecture, and simply leaves it as a conclusion in it of itself.

IMO I think the reason for the change is much simpler.  Maybe someone specifically wants him alive for revenge or something like that.  Or maybe it's all part of some scheme he's plotting in the next country so he can get himself turned in to either get the bounty reward or help someone out.  Who?  I have no idea.

While I can't exactly discredit the theory, at the very least I can say that this video didn't do a whole lot to make it convincing.  It's pretty much entirely conjecture past some really key points like how his origin story has no death of a loved one, we have no information about where he was born in North Blue, etc.
