I think its effect is not astonishing, but quite useful in a "Mane 6" deck: she can be Special Summoned easily allowing to get a quick swarming...quite like Gale or Bora with the "Blackwings". (Actually, I'd have two more cards, but the limit is 1, and the other 2 could result too OP...(they're the Princesses ))
